Booking and Reservation:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service providers.

• Prices quoted are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

• We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

Domestic:

• Advance: 60% payment is required to confirm a booking unless otherwise specified.

• Remaining: 40% should be deposited on the Day 01 of your tour.

• Prices quoted only include list of services as specified by us. Any other expenses including taxi or other accommodation shall be borne by the individual availing such services. Awarey Travelzone will not be liable for such expenses under any circumstances.

International:

Cancellation and Refund:

Domestic:

• In the event of cancellation, 30 days prior to start of service starts, no advance amount will be deducted. Full amount shall be refunded.

• In the event of cancellation,15-30 days prior to start of service, 50% of advance amount will be deducted.

• In the event of cancellation, 5-15 days prior to start of service, 75% of advance amount will be deducted.

• In the event of cancellation, 5 days prior to start of service, 100% of advance amount will be deducted.

• In case of NO SHOW, 100% of advance amount will be deducted. No amount shall be refunded.

International:

• Hotel cancellation will be as per the hotel cancellation policy. If the hotels are non-refundable, you will not get any refund for hotels in the event of cancellation.

• Any transfers or activities included in the trip will be non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of the travel start date, unless otherwise specified during the quotation stage in the "Points to Note" section. Some services handle different cancellation policies and they must be respected accordingly.

• Entrance tickets of any kind are non-refundable from the moment of booking, unless specified otherwise

• Any transfers or activities included in the trip will be non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of the travel start date.

• In case of NO SHOW, 100% of Total amount will be deducted. No amount shall be refunded.

 

Travel Documents:

• It is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure they have the necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates. Awarey Travelzone shall under no circumstances be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused due to insufficient or invalid travel documents or health of traveller.

 

Travel Insurance:

• Awarey Travelzone provides Travel Insurance on International packages and some of Domestic Packages. Please confirm with your sales representative.

• We strongly recommend that travellers should purchase Travel Insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.​

• Our role is limited to being an intermediary between travellers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during travel or as a result of the actions or omissions of service providers.

• Travelers are advised to review the terms and conditions of service providers before using their services.

 

Changes and Amendments:

• Changes to bookings may be subject to price variations/fees and availability.

• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

Privacy Policy:

• We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers' personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

 

Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in Bhopal Jurisdiction only.
